Mitzy Salinas-Gomez

Account Executive

Mitzy Salinas-Gomez is an Account Executive at Lukas Partners, where she supports clients through her expertise in social responding and communication strategy.  Mitzy works with clients to effectively build their online presence and reach target audiences.

In addition to her role at Lukas Partners, Mitzy assists with communications for the Thompson Learning Community at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, where she oversees social media accounts, curates content and oversees the production of the community’s newsletter. Through these efforts, she implements outreach strategies to foster student engagement and connection in the community. Mitzy also is the Publications Assistant for University of Nebraska-Omaha’s (UNO) Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), where she contributes to the organization’s communication and professional development efforts. In addition, she was an account associate for UNO’s Maverick PR, where she wrote copies for the UNO School of Communication magazine, CommUNO.

Mitzy is currently finishing her degree at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is majoring in Journalism Media Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising and a minor in Marketing.
